Fernanda received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from The University of British Columbia in 1984. Fernanda has enjoyed practicing as a Licensed Pharmacist in British Columbia, Canada for the past 20+ years. After a further 4 years of study with the College of Phytotherapy, associated with the University of Sussex in England, Fernanda received her Registered Medical Herbalist Degree.
Fernanda presented many Herbal Product lectures for patients while she enjoyed working as both a Pharmacist and a Herbal Advisor for Pharmasave. On behalf of Shoppers Drug Mart, Fernanda presented many Herbal product seminars for both Pharmacists and Pharmacy Students. For the past 4 years, Fernanda has enjoyed her role as a Science Advisor for Alive Magazine
Fernanda has been a student of Shotokan Karate for 4 years. While she enjoys the many challenges this brings both physically and mentally she also knows that goals are better attained with a healthy body. Fernanda's patients, family and friends have all been greatly rewarded with her help in combining conventional treatments with herbal therapy.
