Put two tablespoons of dried orange peel in a food processor and process until you have a fine powder. Add a quarter cup of baking soda and two teaspoons of natural salt. Process until you have a well combined powder.

Have some celery or carrot sticks with lunch, or add cucumbers to a salad to help keep your teeth white. Broccoli is another vegetable that can help with dental hygiene. The teeth can look more whiter than before if these vegetables are eaten regularly.
